2 RAHSAANATHON: The wonderful Cafe Stritch in San Jose hosts this annual tribute to late jazz icon Rahsaan Roland Kirk, who was a gifted and unique musician — perhaps best known for playing two or three saxophones at once on stage — as well as a force of nature who had strong opinions on politics, art and other matters of consequence and never tired of expressing them.
